1) Who we are

Strut ("Strut" or the "App") is provided by Cybernetica Ltd ("we", "us").

2) Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3) Relationship to Apple's terms

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, including Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions and any applicable end user license agreement (EULA). Where these Terms conflict with Apple's required terms for App Store apps, Apple's required terms control.

4) The App

Strut is a screen time management app that tracks your walking steps and converts them into minutes you can use to unlock blocked apps. Features may change over time.

5) Permissions and device requirements

• HealthKit: The App requires access to Apple Health to read your step count data. If you do not grant Health access, the App cannot calculate your earned minutes.
• Screen Time / Family Controls: The App uses Apple's Screen Time framework to block and unblock apps. If you do not grant Screen Time permissions, blocking features will not function.

6) Subscriptions and purchases

• Billing: If you purchase a subscription through the App Store, Apple processes billing through your App Store account. We do not receive your full payment details.
• Entitlement: The app may receive subscription status (for example, active/inactive) from Apple to unlock premium features.
• Auto-renewal: If enabled for your App Store subscription, it may renew automatically unless you cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Manage/cancel: You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds: Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, its security, or its related systems.
• Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent the app blocking mechanisms.

8) Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, and trademarks, is owned by Cybernetica Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybernetica Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the App.

11) Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required to do so by law.

12) Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
